HOW IS THE MATERIAL USED IN THE FIELD?

The main function of these products is to improve thermal conductivity, but there are a number of other properties that must also be in place for the material to work in practice.

We’ve made working with our heat-conducting bentonite products as easy as possible. Whichever product you choose, the practical working process is always the same.

After mixing, the material has a regular, creamy consistency that makes it easy to pump.

It retains its fine, homogeneous consistency during pumping, even over the longest distances. This is important, as it helps to ensure that the material performs correctly along the whole length of the pumped section.

LANGSIGTEDE MATERIALEEGENSKABER

As with all Dantonit products, the DantoCon Thermal R series is made entirely from natural materials. Excluding artificial additives allows us to keep the material properties and performance of the products intact over time.

The fact that only natural materials are used also adds value with regard to nature and the environment.

WHICH PRODUCT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Your requirements regarding thermal conductivity or thermal resistance essentially dictate which of the DantoCon Thermal R products to choose. DantoCon Thermal R06S has the lowest thermal conductivity, and DantoCon Thermal R05S has the highest.
